About us

Built to run the night — not just to book it

Manage My Restaurants Events is event-operations software that helps banquet halls, venues, restaurants, and hotels run the night of service from one shared plan — so kitchen, floor, and office stay aligned and the event goes as planned.

What Manage My Restaurants Events does

Event plan as the single source of truth

Build one plan for the event and share the right view with kitchen, floor, and office. Everyone works from the same details instead of scattered notes, chats, and printouts.

Menus, shopping lists, and plate-cost awareness

Turn the event menu into a practical shopping list and keep light cost visibility where it helps operators decide — without turning the product into a full inventory or accounting system.

Staffing and roles for the night

Plan who works the event and what each role needs to see. Staff get the operational view they need; sensitive commercial detail stays with the people who should see it.

Documents and run-of-show

Keep BEO-style docs, timelines, and night-of instructions attached to the event so the floor and kitchen are not guessing from memory.

Tasks on the event

Copy task templates onto the event board when the booking is confirmed so the team knows what still needs doing before and during service — without turning the product into a generic project tool.

Light modules beyond the event itself

Small helpers that support venue work connected to events — without pretending to replace your POS or full restaurant stack.

What makes Manage My Restaurants Events different

Operations first, not a sales CRM

A strong event business is built on nights that run clean. Happy guests drive word of mouth and repeat bookings. We built MMRE so kitchen, floor, and office can execute with precision — not so you can manage a pipeline of leads.

One plan for the whole house

The same event plan across roles, with the right visibility for each person. Less “who has the latest version?” and fewer night-of surprises.

Built bilingual from day one (PL + EN)

A serious ops tool for this work was missing in Polish. After some consideration, the product was built with full support in both English and Polish from day one so teams in Poland and abroad can run on the same product.

Open, simple commercial model

Pricing is public. Monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial of full features. No hiding the price behind a sales call.

Founder-built for real banquet reality

Roadmap from years of banquet/restaurant event chaos up close, plus hands-on event and software experience — not a generic hospitality SaaS template.

Who is it for?

  • Banquet halls (private events; kitchen + floor + office aligned)
  • Venues with own F&B
  • Restaurants (private dining, banquets, larger hosted events)
  • Hotels with own restaurants / F&B delivering events on-property

Not a fit

  • Sales CRM only
  • Marketplace
  • Full POS
  • Hotel PMS
  • Inventory system

The team behind Manage My Restaurants Events

Julia helped for years in her family’s restaurant. She saw how messy banquet and event work can get, mapped the pain points, and wrote a plan to fix them. She brought that plan to Marcin.

Marcin’s background is programming and event management. He and Julia studied the same university specialization. They started building in 2025, after hours, for about a year, and were ready to share the product in 2026.

They wanted a tool that works for the Polish market. After some consideration it was decided to build with full support in both English and Polish from day one.

Julia Dobrzyńska

Mapped real ops problems from years in a family restaurant and banquet/event work; drives product from the operator’s side.

Marcin Nieznaj

Builds the product; programming + event management; ships PL + EN together.
