What you booked, who you booked with, and what you served — for a date range

Counts and summaries for the window you pick. Not payments collected. The costs tab is not a profit and loss.

Empty for now. Analytics with a date-range control and summary cards: events, clients, menus. No payment-collected chart, no Stripe, no P&L waterfall.

What this is for

Analytics summarizes events, clients, and menus for the dates you pick. Use it when you want a picture of volume and mix without exporting three spreadsheets. It answers how many events, which clients, and which dishes you planned in that window.

How you use it

  • Pick a date range

The summaries cover the window you choose. This is volume and mix for that period — not a live till.

  • Read event, client, and menu summaries

You see what you booked, who you booked with, and what you served across that range.

  • Do not treat the costs tab as profit

If costs appear, they are not contribution and not a profit and loss. Analytics does not show payments collected.

Empty for now. Close-up of summary cards for a month: event count, client count, menu mix. Explicitly not a payments or profit screen.

What you have when you are done

  • A date-range picture of volume

You can answer how many events, which clients, which menus — for the dates you selected.

  • A clear limit on what the numbers mean

Event prices in the range are planned figures, not money in the bank. Guests are planned capacity, not checked-in headcount.

What this is not
Not payments collected, not contribution, and not a profit and loss. Those jobs live elsewhere.
