Extras on the event — flowers, AV, corkage — with prices in the total

Add priced extras to the event, separate from the food menu. The office sees them in the total. Staff see that they are on the night, without the rates.

What this is for

Services are extras that are not food: flowers, AV, corkage, hired equipment. You add them to the event so the office total includes them, and so the floor knows they are on the night without seeing the prices.

How you use it

  • Add extras to the event, not the dish list

Services are priced lines on the booking. They are not meals, and they are not a till.

  • Prices roll into the event total

The office sees extras in the same total as the rest of the event. This is not taking a card at the table.

  • Staff see the extras, not the rates

The floor can see that AV and flowers are on the night. They do not see the prices.

Empty for now. Staff view of the same extras list with names only — prices stripped. Office total still visible in a second frame if split.

What you have when you are done

  • A total that includes extras

What you sold besides food sits on the event, not in a side note.

  • Staff who know the extras without the money

The floor can prep for the florist or the PA without seeing rates.

What this is not
Not a POS, and not the food menu. Services are priced extras on this event. Taking payment at the table stays in the system you already use for that.
